Trustworthy, genuine and quick

Have communicated with Anwar for around a year as things were unclear during the pandemic and lockdown with shipping, Anwar was very helpful and quick to respond. When I was ready and things opened up, Anwar explained all the requirements and time lines to me again and I gave him my packing list with descriptions and value and he sent me the cost estimate. Things went very quickly then and I was given the address of the depot where to deliver my shipment and it all went very well, all in all in about a week or so my shipment was at its destination. So really excellent. Although I was a bit unsure with the company, as it was just a simple online search, Anwar‘s communication throughout the process was reassuring and I went with them without even checking others. Only thing you need to bear in mind is you need to give them time to work on your request and if you‘re told you‘ll be called at a certain time that might not happen but it doesn‘t mean they forgot about you, it just means work in progress nothing new. There is a bit of passivity as well but not too bad if you take the whole experience into consideration. Trustworthy, quick and reasonably priced and that‘s all it matters. Nothing lost, make sure you pack your stuff well so it doesn‘t get damaged in transit. Also bear in mind they are not responsible for any mess and delays once your shipment is at destination, make sure you are aware of the general customs, customs clearance, regulations and further transport/ storage costs at your destination, clearing my shipment took about 2 weeks with the help of „decision making acquaintances“, additional expenses and „gifts“…Definitely recommended and will use again in the future without hesitation.

Communication was excellent but cost and duration was more than expected.

The communication was very prompt and timely. Duration of pickup postponed a few times and the delay in delivery was rather too long. Eventually when goods arrived at destination airport had challenges to collect the parcel as there were further delays of more than a week and end up being charged storage and unnecessary bribe to get my parcel. Overally it ended up being not cost effective with all the payments and charges just for sending a parcel.

Excellent service especially by Mr. Rafique. Very prompt service and most of my mails have been responded by him within minutes. I used for my excess baggage from UK to India (Hyderabad). Arrived as promised and in good condition. I got them cleared from customs and others on my own.

Absolutely rubbish service

Absolutely rubbish service. I used their service back in 2013. They charged me a lot of money and they asked me to pay custom duty in Pakistan. They held my parcel for more than 8 weeks. I sent 14.5kg and they charged me £140. Total rip off. That was the first and last time I used their service.

Please check every thing at destination before sending the parcel.

I have asked how long a parcel would take to land in Havana Cuba, I have been assist by Rafiqe a very professional, honest and kind person, he said between 5 to 7 days and he was right, the parcel arrived on time, however I was not explained that after the packages arrived to Cuba there is a protocol in place for handing cargos that can take from 1 to 2 months after arriving to be handed to the owner, the custom office will call you and give you the date and time for collection, if you will not collect the belongings they will confiscate them, I have returned to UK without collecting my cargo suitcase, lost everything I had in there to support my mom sickness, she is suffering stage 4 terminal cancer. please check what the rules are on the packages destination before sending.
