Do NOT trust

Do NOT trust! Still awaiting my refund. I had to deny the charge with my bank and it is under investigation. After the doctor approved my prescription and said my medication would ship shortly IT NEVER DID. I contacted EMILY and told her to refund, we were heading out to travel. Lo and behold I get a Fed Ex tracking number. GOOD TRY EMILY, I told you to cancel, you guys took WEEKS to even reach back out to me. WE ALREADY LEFT ARIZONA SO THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED.I will follow up with the outcome.STILL NO REFUND, working with Chase on this dispute
