2020 toyota highlander they try to make another key ended up with my vehicle crank with no slstart.
They left me to bring parts and never showed up ,keep calling and they not responding.
I have tried to reach the manager or anyone else and they block my number.
Finally I have towed my vehicle to the dealership they told me the PCM is destroyed and have to get a new one.
The bills come $3000 I have paid it from my pocket as they denied its their fault.
Don't trust their business specially for the newer vehicles as i have heard that they did the same with a different vehicle as well.
They don't have a google review before to mention this story now they have.
This problem happened 2 years ago by the way.
