I don't recommend it to anyone. I waited a month for the ordered parts, I finally cancelled the order and now I've been waiting for a month for a refund of the money paid. Total lack of professionalism, theft. I warn against this company.
B-Parts provided an excellent experience. Ordering a wheel for a Jeep Grand Cherokee was very simple and straightforward through their online purchase site. The delivery was prompt, albeit delayed due to inclimate weather conditions in the southeast. As a result of this, I called B-Parts customer service to inquire about the delivery. The rep who answered was Sara, and I can't compliment her professionalism enough. She explained the situation and kept me updated each day, including the day it was finally delivered. The delay had nothing to do with B-Parts, they sent it out the same day as the order. But they made sure I was kept in the loop. Ordering parts is easy, ensuring customer satisfaction is rarely achieved, but this company goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. I highly recommend this company for your auto parts needs.
Part sent was not what I ordered,told me it was like I didn't know what I ordered hide behind emails had no intention of making it right the worst customer service I've ever had!
I bought an interior door handle for my Peugeot 5008 from B-Parts. The replacement part was nearly spotless and arrived in a couple of days. Will definitely use them again if I need parts for the car again.
The dispatch of my order was remarkably quick, and the delivery was even faster (from Spain to Greece in under 10 working days). Interacting with the support team was a delight; they responded promptly to all my inquiries, which definitely encouraged me to complete my order.

I ordered a fender and lower control arm on 11/19. On 11/21, I received an email stating that the fender was too damaged to sell, and I was asked to pay more for a replacement. I requested to cancel the control arm and apply that refund to the fender, but they did not do that. I ended up paying an additional amount for the fender on 11/21, yet they didn't process my payment until 11/26, which meant the fender was still not shipped. After the delays, I decided to cancel the order altogether. Now, the refund process is a mess, and I've received only about half of what I'm owed. It's been over two weeks since my initial order, and I'm still facing issues. I had to find a third fender after waiting too long, and I ended up paying nearly double for a fender I found elsewhere. The only reason I chose this service was their shipping promise of delivery by 11/24. I would not recommend them to anyone.
