I recently bought a car from Carvender online and sadly the day after delivery the car died. Navid at Carvender was very sympathetic and arranged for the car to be picked up and returned to their premises. Shortly after the full amount was refunded with no quibbles. Even though it was all quite a stressful experience I can't fault Carvender and compliment their professionalism and adherence to their word.

Communication was great throughout the entire journey, and the delivery fee was very reasonable. I also traded in my old vehicle; the part-exchange was completely hassle-free with no quibbles at all. To top it off, the car was even delivered with a box of chocolates! I can’t recommend them enough.
