I recently made a $200 deposit on a quote a month before a scheduled pickup, I did not agree to the contract they sent me because it was different from what they texted me online. So, therefore I told them I was going to use another mover. When I asked several times to return my deposit they will not respond. I may take them to court for this illegal action. Not trustworthy, WARNING: DO NO USE THIS BUSINESS!!!
These people are scammers. They are rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Jack, one of their employees, was a despicable human being who yelled at me and hung up multiple times. They ignored my calls afterward and used the language barrier as an excuse to twist words and deny what they had clearly said. They lure you in with a low quote, have you sign a contract, and claim your deposit will go toward the total balance, but that’s a lie. They pocket the deposit themselves to “make their money” first, then suddenly tell you they can’t find anyone willing to do the job for the quoted rate and demand more money. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They scammed not only me but also the truck driver, who said he’d never work with them again. Don’t believe the fake positive reviews, check Yelp or other review sites to see the truth about this horrible company. Save yourself the stress and do not do business with them!
