Disastrous customer service. They shipped me the wrong part, then demanded that I explain their own shipment to them, all while failing to deliver what I bought or refund my money. I'd rather pay higher prices to a seller who's competent.

They now compound their offense by telling me again what they require for any action on their part. Never mind that I've sent them every photo they've asked for. Reputable businesses own their own mistakes.

I've bought from this site dozens of times over the years and have always been happy. But my most recent order, my largest to date, has been my worst.
They advertise 1-3 day processing time, and if there are any delays they will email you. That has happened in the past, but on this order, it took over a week to process and there was never any notification that there were delays.
I contacted them via email and their chat, even opting to chat with a "senior agent." I was told someone from their processing department would contact me within 24 hours. But that never happened.
My order now shows to have shipped, from the same location using two different carriers. That's fine I guess, but does not indicate which items are with which carrier. That's a problem because the FedEx one shows ZERO movement after two days.
Very disappointed.

Disappointing Experience with Compatibility Issues

I ordered a USB replacement module that was advertised to fit my vehicle according to the company’s website. I paid $90 for the part, but it turned out to be incompatible. When I requested a return authorization, they asked for photos of the part and its packaging. Ultimately, my return was denied due to "electrical components" and "opened packaging," even though the part was never plugged in. Now, I'm out $90 plus shipping and unable to return a perfectly fine item. This feels very untrustworthy and wasteful on their part. I won't be recommending this service to anyone in the future.

Quick and Simple Order Adjustment

I placed an order and soon realized I forgot to include 3 items, leaving it at the default of 1. I used the chat feature to cancel the order (thanks to the representative). It was straightforward, and I placed a new order without any hassle. Overall, a fast and easy experience.

Caution to all future buyers!!

Caution to all future buyers!! I ordered parts from this online retailer, and they sent me the incorrect item along with the wrong part number! They are not taking responsibility for their error and are giving me the runaround! They insisted I provide a picture of my shipping label, which I no longer have since I discarded the box! They require that to proceed with the return process! I will never engage with this service again, and I'm extremely frustrated!

Not the best experience, consider other options

The prices are reasonable, and you can find items by part number, but I placed an order and quickly realized I didn't need it. There was no cancel button like you'd expect from an online store, so I initiated a return even though the item hadn't shipped yet. I requested cancellation, but it was shipped the next day. Their response was brief, stating "the part was already shipped, sorry" without further assistance. Upon arrival, I had to start a new return process since the previous one was closed, and they informed me that returns weren't allowed for this item, even though it remained unopened. Additionally, it's just a vacuum hose that doesn't carry fuel. Their return policy is poor, customer support is lacking, and overall, there's nothing exceptional about the company. I'll be looking elsewhere in the future due to high shipping fees. Edit: After responding to my review, they approved the return, but this doesn't resolve the issue. I now face a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs, which are nearly half of the item's price. I've ended up selling it elsewhere for more than what I'd get back after fees. The only way to improve this situation would be to implement a cancel button for orders, which is a standard feature in 2025, especially for a company with such a long history.

“Beware” to all potential customers!

“Beware” to all potential customers!! I ordered parts from this online retailer and they sent me a part that was the wrong part and part number!! They are giving me the run around and won’t make good on there mistake they made not me!! Told me I had to send them a picture of my shipping label which I don’t have anymore because I threw away the box!! They want that to move forward with there rma!! I will never do business again with this company period I’m pissed!!
