I used this service ONCE, just one month, then we did not use it again, then I tried to cancel the subscription, that option is nowhere to be found, then, magically, it logged out of my account by itself, I wrote like 5 tickets in total, just made another one by the way, vague answers. They told me to log into my account to keep the ticket on, however, they won´t let me log in, they changed the credentials or something, because I didn´t change them. When I try to get a recovery email for the account, I always get no email, but when its time to pay? Oh man, the receipt will be on time there. So they quit my access to my account, won´t let me cancel the subscription, won´t let me log in to solve this, and they'll just keep charging me. So good people, don´t, just don´t, there´s a lot of great and honest services out there, avoid this one. And just in case, i got screenshots of the receipts and how i can´t log in. I always were educated making those tickets, but this is enough.

Support is basically non-existent. Tickets/live chat don't get answered in weeks. Avoid this companyEDIT: after trustpilot reply, they just closed my ticket without an answer, just to be able to say that they have no pending tickets, without any reply.
After over 8 hours and still no server provided I requested a cancellation and refund. Then two hours later I got a fault error and I was told that a cancellation would not give me a refund and that I was SoL and would be cancelled at the end of the cycle. Even though I requested this long before the service was ever provided.
