Unacceptable customer service and overpriced products

The products are overpriced, and you must use their specific cartridges. Customer service is lacking, and the sales team is quite pushy, calling and texting multiple times to encourage product upgrades and subscription sign-ups. I highly suggest considering other options. Very dissatisfied with this service.
