I'm new been playing cash giraffe for three days. Cashed out three times total $4.50. Now when I play games it doesn't track them. I can play and play and it doesn't show my games I played or give me credit for playing
Having used the app for some time and built up the amazing amount of just over £10! I tried to Cash out. It doesnt follow the same steps as their FAQ's and keeps saying ive cancelled the process multiple times please write to our support. Ive written to their support - contact.appstation.online and over a week later no response and same issues. I wont be playing any more and advise anyone new to the app to use a different one...
This app has worked for me for the most part. I've cashed out several times without issue. Yes, occasionally they've required a selfie (unsure as to why considering they didn't have anything to compare it to in the beginning). I've only had 1 game that failed to track consistently and upon contacting support they either did not understand my issue or just simply couldn't make it right. One thing I've come to notice in my experience but haven't seen anyone else mentioning is the total accumulated points needed to cash out for each tier amount continuously increases after each payout. You can't cash out for more than $20 at a time but just getting enough gems to receive a cash out at this tier took me 2 months of several hours worth of daily play to achieve. When I first started I could cash out $5 in PayPal for 27,000 gems, presently it now requires 50,000 gems.
Have been playing Cash Girraffe for approx 6mths. Have banked £10 in small amounts (direct to paypal). I recently played and was awarded £2.50 when I tried to take it got message saying we need facial recognition, which they wouldn't,t accept no matter which pic I took. Made contact and was told I was using app from new device and therefore unable to access reward. All untrue as had been using same phone and account since joining. Gave up cancelled account. Scam. Waste of your time
Spent hours downloading and playing games over several weeks then one day all my apps disappeared that were linked to Cashgiraffe. Contacted support only to be told that basically there was nothing they could do and it happens some times. Not happy because now the game apps have been downloaded I cannot now redownload them through another cashback site!
This app used to work well, then all of a sudden I couldn't use PayPal why because they took it off as a option. I contacted support and they gave me some generic response about how it could take up to 7 business days to transfer my money. It's like they didn't even read my complaint. I have deleted the useless app.
