They have failed to meet their obligations, and I strongly recommend avoiding this service; it’s unreliable, and your money might just vanish without explanation.

I registered on this platform in 2022 and faced constant issues over the last three years: they would freeze my funds, decline transactions, and eventually blocked my ability to pay suppliers without any justification. They claimed I needed to add larger amounts to restore my payment capabilities. I felt my funds were not secure, and after realizing the unpredictability, I stopped adding money, leaving several thousand dollars in my account. They then blocked my account without any notice. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, that action was also blocked. I contacted support to add my bank account for the withdrawal, and they requested an official bank statement, which I provided along with screenshots. Despite complying with their requests, they kept rejecting it. It feels like dealing with an automated system that doesn't understand real-world banking. They continuously find ways to prevent access to your funds and seem more interested in holding onto them. Avoid this platform; it has caused significant problems for many users.
We have repeatedly tried to contact them regarding a transaction, but all they say is that they are not our bank, despite holding our funds in their account. They refuse to provide information on how to contact 'our bank' and only insist it’s not their responsibility. Terrible customer service.

I recommend using the Google Authenticator PIN instead of the spam filter. It's incredibly frustrating how long it takes to log in to this website. I waste so much time just trying to access my account, and this issue remains unresolved.
