I’m on the 0820 M9 Aberdeen to Glasgow bus 30 Jan 26. The busman ( not driver) has explained that the reason the bus interior is too hot is because it’s a new bus! Surely a new bus 🚌 will have functional heating controls. Internal temp was 41°C earlier! Stopping with the door open helped.
The ETA is 10-15m late but then we left Aberdeen 10m late.

Darren Was amazing at welcoming myself and others. And helping foreigners sort their tickets. Very patient and beautifully mannered with people. I know because I was one of the first on and witnessed a lovely natured man who clearly enjoys his job unlike the driver who took me to Bristol airport.

The driver called Darren had a tough job dealing with the large volume of people getting on at Bristol airport heading to Plymouth, good calm professional attitude. Delayed leaving Bristol airport due to the high numbers of passengers as an earlier service had a mechanical issue.

We took a bus from Bristol Airport to Plymouth. Easy and chill ride, absolutely loved the driver(Darren?) gave funny but informative health and safety speech before we set off and generally very nice and chatty bloke Bus itself was quite clean although we were travelling at 9:30 so we couldn’t really see anything anyway.

Terrible Customer Service

I raised a formal complaint and they have not even had the decency to investigate and respond to it. What a shoddy company and service. Have learnt my lesson - will never book with them again. They take your money and then turn up too late so you have to find other means to get to your destination.
