Awful experience, I've returned the pair of boots in time it has been almost a month that they received it and still no reimbursement. The customer service keeps sending automatic response generated by AI, the process is not fluid at all, HUGE disappointment !
EDIT: I contacted the company on Instagram and then I got the support I needed. The issue was on PayPal, which blocked the refund for some reason. The costumer service handled the case and I got my money back in 2 days. Thank you for the support! I have to say that this part of the support was very good. However, it would have been nicer to get support via email and not having to go through all the frustration of 2 weeks of silence and having to rush behind them. Especially because the shoes are simply amazing and I would like to keep this brand as an option for future purchase.---------------------------------------------------------Original review: 1 starI bought two pairs of shoes and returned one pair. No problem with the quality of the shoes, they are nice. Though, they received the shoes 4 weeks ago but yet I have not got the money back. I send them several emails and they replied until 2 weeks ago saying that they processed the money refund but yet the money have not arrived and no one is replying to my emails anymore. Their policy says the money will be return within 14 days from receiving the shoes. I find this unacceptable. I respected my term of the contract, returning the shoes in time. Before purchasing, I read here other people complaining about the fact that they don't return money but I wanted to believe maybe it was a rare error, as mistake happens. Now I regret it.

Terrible, do not order here! I ordered a pair of boots in January, and the delivery date was marked as 9-11 January. I paid for express delivery to make sure I would have the boots on time.It is now the 10th of March and I still have no news about the boots. I keep getting the same reply from Cassy, saying I had pre-ordered boots, completely ignoring the fact that their website said delivery by the 9th-11th of January. Were they talking about the 9th-11th of January 2027?!I keep sending them mails, but they keep telling me the shoes are « almost » finished. I have two pairs of boots from Cassy and they are my favourite. They are super comfortable for a heeled boot! I live in the city and can easily walk around all day in them. The designs are trendy and feminine. The overall look and feel is just so luxurious.The delivery was fast and it was carefully packed in a beautiful box. 10/10!
