Not so good

purchased a pair of boots declared to be suede, they arrived in synthetic suede. I didn’t like the product and the sales method. Dear CASSY this is not a defamatory opinion, but the opinion of a very disappointed customer. A customer with right to express it. Best regards.

Bad return policy

They give you only 14 days for return. And you have to pay for it. If you live not in France will cost you a lot. So be carrefoul and they will not read email or any message.

Stunning!

The boots were exactly what I wanted! They arrived quickly and are the perfect size, color and style :) I was very pleasantly surprised and am already looking for more shoes to add to the collection!

Everything was Perfect! I ordered three Ivy bags and i‘m so in love with these bags! Very good material. Your outfits are gonna look immediately so classy and stunning! Also the Customer Service is really good, if you‘re unsure about something they will definitely help you out! Will definitely Order again!

Do Not Waste Your Money Or Time

I ordered shoes on 30th Dec - I live in Spain so the order should have been delivered in the first week in Jan - I allowed some time for the residual Xmas backlog however I never did receive my shoes and instead, what I did receive was awful customer service and huge amounts of time wasted going back and fourth with their team. The shoes were being delivered by a 3rd party (Mondial) who ended up swapping my package with another random customer so I received some vinyl records. I immediately contacted Cassy to let them know and sent them pictures of what was received; their initial response was ''The images you sent us don't make sense. If the package had been exchanged with someone else there would still be our name on the label''. I wrote back and advised them they needed to take accountability for the error and they then responded with ''It is not possible for the sender and recipient to be different. We are not on any of your parcels and you send us two different parcels...We have a photo of the vinyl records with a label you put on them, then a photo of the same label on another support and a photo of a label with your details on another parcel''.They basically insinuated that I was lying, they didn't call me or call the courier, they just said they didn't believe me - finally I took a video and sent them this which clearly showed the details of the sender of the package I received. I was then asked by 'Cassy (ceo)' to complete a letter of honour stating that I hadn't received the package. This letter was for them to share with their loss prevention team and the police apparently. Cassy also advised that since they often receive ''false claims'' of people not receiving their packages, they do not give their customers any credit of trust when they report such things and instead, assume bad intent and fraud on the customers behalf. Cassy said she would personally take care of my complaint and come back to as soon as she heard from the sender - she then left her team to follow up/respond. She also said that you hoped that I still had the other order I receive in error and that you would let me know once the other shipper responded to advise me what to do with the items - she didn't do this either! As a company, if you do not have any updates, then email to say this, don't wait for an already disgruntled customer to chase for a response that you promised. Then I find out that the package is on its way and is at the France border - ridiculous.At this point, I just wanted a refund & so I requested it - never was this offered and instead they tried to redirect the package back to me after this saga. I had to report them to Signal because they initially said I had to send the package back to them if I received it or if I decided to keep it I could get a 30 euros voucher - what an insult to think I would do further business with them again?!I finally got my refund a few days after I submitted my claim with Signal - thank goodness for consumer rights else I would still be going back and forth with this company to get my money back. To summarise, I don't blame them for the courier mixup (that can happen) but I do blame them for the inherent lack of good customer service, common decency, lack of assumption of good intent on the customers behalf, poor complaint handling, lack of follow up and general bad customer experience. I will never shop here again.

Wow! Most comfortable boots I’ve ever had!

One of the most professional companies I had a pleasure to deal with. Smooth transaction, amazing customer service. And shoes !!! Just beautiful and the most comfy! Especially if you have wide feet. I have never been able to find comfortable heeled boots until now. Will be buying more for sure!!!! Highly recommend !!!
