Terrible never again. Bought £484 of 20mm pea shingle. Next day I get an email stating non in stock but I can have limestone chippings... No way. Only option was refund so I asked for refund. Next day I get another email stating because I cancelled the order I can't have a refund until it's been taken off the truck.... Erm You didn't have it to put on the truck. Demanded instant refund because it's now holding the job up and I need the money to buy stuff elsewhere. Been waiting now 5 days for refund. Got an email 3pm today today 6 days later stating they have now sent the refund and it will take 3-5 days to get receive the funds. Don't ever buy anything from landscaping superstore. They are cheap for a reason.

Very satisfied with the customer service center. They responded to my questions almost immediately. Very helpful. Just a small remark about the delivery. The driver did not call me before he arrived and placed my order in an inconvenient place. But I am satisfied with the service and the price.
