I can't thank Ohio Cash Buyers enough for everything they did for me and my family. This was a sensitive situation with my aunt's estate on a large property here in Centerville 45459 zip code, and we were totally blindsided when it went into foreclosure before we even realized. From the first phone call I made to Bryan, to the day we closed and had money in hand, it was only 11 days. They were incredibly empathetic, patient, and understanding with us. We ended up needing to stay in the house about 7 weeks after closing, even though we initially agreed on 30 days.
