I purchased a double fridge for under my bar. Customer Service answered any queries I had. The fridge was well packaged and delivered on the day as arranged. I've had the fridge a few weeks now and very pleased with it. I Would use Caterwik again
it was supposed to be next day delivery, their next day took 5 days and not all products were delivered. I'm having a loss in my restaurant. I do not indicate. Every time I called they gave me different information. now i'm waiting for the rest of my order they promised it would be today and I’m still waiting
A pleasure to deal with. Kept me informed about my purchase from start to finish.The washing machine exceeded my expectations both in build quality and finish.Delivery was quick and the carriers were efficient and helpful. I cannot fault the service from Caterkwik who made me feel that my order mattered and would not hesitate to recommend them for their service and am delighted with my purchase
I placed my order on a Sunday for an event scheduled in a week's time. I eventually called on the Wednesday when nothing was received , only to be told they did not process my order because the Chafer set was out of stock. Very disappointing especially as I had to provide an order number before they could even trace it. Even worse, the item was out of stock when I placed my order but no one could say why it let me place the order. Genuinely upset
Placed my order with caterkwik for next day delivery, still hadn't received anything from them over a week later. When I chased them up, they said they would get back to me, they didn't. Chased up again 4 days later, assured me it would be coming the next day. It didn't. Chased up again and then finally they got it sorted and delivered.Product I brought is good and happy with that. Customer service and delivery, very poorim afraid
Very competitive price for a quality product, our club needed a new bottle fridge urgently when we ordered delivery was promised for the following Friday but great customer service we received the fridge on the Tuesday 3 days early. A very satisfied customer would recomend
Only because i cannot give 0 stars. Purchased a Glasswasher model CK0498 after the first Covid lockdown. It is soooo rusty. 17 years in the PUB trade and i have never seen a rusty Glasswasher before. Do not buy their cheap stuff.......
