Paid for next-day delivery but the courier only tried calling the business landline during closed hours, so the delivery failed. No one took a proper delivery contact number when the order was placed over the phone. I received no missed calls on my mobile.
I was then asked to pay an additional £60+ for redelivery, which I felt was very unfair given the situation. After paying again, I suddenly received texts, tracking, delivery slot details and a driver call — showing that proper contact was possible all along.
Overall, this felt unprofessional and poorly handled. I would not recommend using this company, even if their price appears cheaper. In my experience, it is better to pay slightly more and buy from a more reliable supplier. Definitely avoid.
