I thought it might be complicated getting a cat flap installed in the window here but Sarah was really helpful and the guidance sent made measuring worry free! The manufacturing time was very quick and install day was quick, tidy and very pleasant. Couldn't recommend then more!
Amazing company- I was very impressed by the professionalism and care. The communication was great and they went above and beyond, given my lift was down, to install my incredibly looking cat door. Definitely would use again and HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Best price I could find, helpful guides to measuring up (and saved £30 doing it myself with their foolproof guide) and how to programme the catflap. Sarah's admin support was invaluable and the catflap was fitted on time and with minimum fuss. Highly recommended!
