Sarah and CJ made the process so simple and easy. Once I'd chosen the microchip pet door I wanted and provided details of the kitchen door it was to be fitted to, an appointment was booked. When he arrived (on time) on the day of installation, CJ was friendly, efficient and considerate, and he had the pet door fitted (with all the relevant instructions explained) in around 20 minutes. Great service, great communication. Very happy with Cat Out of Glass. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks!
They are the best. from first contact to fitting. everything was smooth and easy.Spoke to Sarah on email who explained everything and kept me up to date. very fast communication.CJ measured up and fitted the glass and flap. he was very friendly and did he job quick and clean. even fixed the broken lock on the door.Can not thank them enough for everything.Highly recommended.
Sarah and CJ were both excellent communicators. Sarah at keeping in touch with quick responses and CJ patiently explaining the intricacies of the new microchip cat flap. The price was very good and CJ was quick and efficient at the installation. It only took one day for our cat to learn how to use the flap and we had our first night's uninterrupted sleep in ages secure in the knowledge that we would have no more feline intruders. If there were 10 stars available I would give all of them to Cat out of glass.
Friendly & efficient service a pleasure to deal with Sarah & CJ. 8 days from first email to installation involving removal of UPVC panel in French doors. Cat flap looks great and feline friend Dexter delighted ....just need to negotiate with large tabby next door 🙀
