Brilliant service and very happy customers! We've been looking for someone to fit a cat flap in a double-glazed kitchen door for years and finally the perfect solution has come along and we couldn't be happier. Very quick response, excellent communication and customer service, very straightforward fitting process and within a month it is all sorted - thank you :).
CJ and Sarah run a fantastic company. I found them online and every step of the way was explained to me. Great communication! They are so organised, providing enormous detail of the whole process from the start - and what to expect. Sarah replied to every single one of my emails within less than 30 minutes. CJ came to measure up at my house and later to install. He is a really professional lovely guy. They are a brilliant team. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wow, if only all service providers were of this high standard. My new cat flap looks amazing. CJ even cleaned the French window where the cat flap was installed. Way above and beyond! SUPERB!
What a pleasure to deal with came in, initialliy with the best price and by a long way. Sarah responded to any questions within an hour or so, often less. CJ explained everything in simple terms and was in and out within 20 mins like a cat flap ninja. Can't think of a way they could do anything better and would recommend to anyone.
