Delivery Promises Not Fulfilled

Your website claims 2-day delivery, yet it has been over 10 days with no updates on my order. It took two full days to get in touch with you, and you still can't provide a shipping date. I can't even cancel my order! The treatment of customers is shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional. I've never encountered such poor service before! This operation feels more like a scam than a legitimate business. If you can't manage your service properly, perhaps you should reconsider your operations and stop wasting people's time and resources.

The products are significantly cheaper…

The products are significantly cheaper in other stores. Their claim that the inflated prices are justified by earning points and free products is completely nonsensical. Loyalty points only apply if we continue to order directly from Caudalie, and “free” products are supposed to be truly free—not hidden in the product price.I will never purchase here again, and neither will my friends or relatives. You can easily find these products much cheaper worldwide.

Never received the package I paid for.

I bought 2 Caudalie vinoclean but never received it despite what says DPD packetservice. I sent an email to the postal service, they did not respond. I contacted the Caudalie team by WhatsApp and email, they told me the carrier marked the package delivered, and then stopped answering me.Therefore I do not recommend the online service. Next time I’ll by in a shop.——-Today, march 28th, I still haven’t received anything….

Horrible customer service experience

Horrible customer service experience. I ordered a few products via the website almost 16 days ago and I still havent received my package. They delivered my package to the wrong pick-up point which is 80 km's away from where I live and they suggest me to drive 80 km's to pick it up. The customer service is very rude and they did not even cancel my order and process refund.

Outstanding customer service from Anna! I had an issue that I needed advice on and she couldn't have been more helpful, understanding and resolving my concern in an efficient and friendly manner. I love the philosophy of the company and the purity of their products, I just wish I could buy them all!

I see results and when needed their customer service were great!

I had been advised to use Caudalie vinoperfect line from Sephora 5 years ago for my very stubborn facial pigmentation. I saw huge reduction of the intensity of the spots and pigmentation in my face and I kept using their products since then. I used Resveratrol line as well which was great for moisturising and for me was more efficient than my old retinol cream.Also, their customer service were amazing dealing with a case I had with the packaging of anti-aging cream that I was trying for the first time and they replaced it for me. For me, I think although bit expensive but worth the money. I will keep being a royal customer, my faces agrees!

Issue with Damaged Product

I am writing to report that I have received a damaged product. I requested customer service to send me an additional atomizer so that I could use the product, but my request was denied. As a result, I am now left with an expensive oil that I cannot use.
