Hello all. I hope you read this before visiting this website. First and importantly, have a look at the website yourself: cavelantern.com. Stop what you're doing and ust look at it. Properly. Do you genuinely believe in your heart that the images advertised can cost so little and be sent exactly like that? Think about it... I'll give you a moment. Actually, it's very simple. The answer is a hugggee No. They are selling, for example, a regal embroidery hoodie for £24 that would realistically cost £150. The product will never look like what they have advertised. Even worse, you risk getting caught in a scam system, which they exist as a scam company. Do you really want to cause yourself unnecessary worries and problems when you could simply visit Shein or Temu, where they have cheaper options that are much closer to the images (although not perfectly accurate)? But, clearly, for this company, anyone who purchases from them hereafter would be doing themselves and us a disservice. They know who they are. You are their next victim, all of us, who think we can pay so little and get grand embroidery work of art clothing. Then again, you can't complain after you read the reviews, because even we all have some level of intelligence. When our gut says 'No', let that be final.
Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. DO NOT order from this company. The item that I purchased doesn't look even remotely like the item in the picture that I ordered. Waited weeks for delivery, which arrived today and to say I'm disgusted by what arrived in the post is an understatement! Absolutely disgraceful!
Beyond a horrible experience. The thick weight, non-dimensional, pale, printed granny shirt I received a month after ordering a flowy, breezy, embroidered, dimensional, ethereal shirt bears NO resemblance to the photos on the site. There appears to be no mechanism for refund or return. Should be shut down for fraud.
I placed an order with a company called Cavalentern The items I received were completely different from the products advertised online both the fabric and design were not as shown in the pictures. The materials I received look like cheap curtain fabric instead of wearable clothing.When I tried to return the items, the company refused the return even though their policy states that if a product is not as described, a refund will be issued upon return. They first asked me to send pictures, which I did. The second time, they again requested pictures. I then asked for a return label to send the items back and get my refund, but they replied that because the items were on discount which they themselves had applied — their sales rules no longer applied. After that, they stopped responding to my messages.I later discovered that Cavalentern operates under multiple company names using the same bank account, which indicates a possible scam network. No one want to received what they never ordered .
After sending me an item different, not to mention inferior, to the one I ordered they said they couldn’t give me a refund unless I sent the item to an address in China. The postage would have been nearly as much as the item originally cost. Now they’re not replying to my emails. Stay away from this company they are scammers.
