I would totally give them 0 stars or even negative stars if possible, I noticed on all these other reviews they tell them to contact “live” support… WHAT A F’n JOKE??? Live Robot BS!! Everything was going good until I was done verified. And then I got to the cash out it sayed I could only do a one every 24 hours. I spoke to support too twice tonight and nothing got resolved. I was supposed to have email hopefully soon. I will edit my review and give it a fair review. If I do end up cashing out and if I do I will consistently play the site. I do love all the games an like I said, I had a free roll in got lucky i will give it a 5 stars,But until then i cant give it more than 2.
If you buy a package, your playthrough is locked on that package and the site will not let you play through to another package until you've lost all your SC. This means if you buy a package and are below the redemption threshold, you have to lose all your SC even if you have 99 redeemable. Stupid system no other sweepstakes has used!
I just did the welcome promotion and I played for a while. Stuck to the games I like which this site has, I really don't know why this is rated low I got scared by the reviews and said let me give it a shot anyways. Im already risking money might as well take a bigger risk that wasn't even a risk. I played and got too 30 dollars did 5, 1 dollar spins and got lucky on my favorite game Super China Pots. I actually hit it and couldn't believe it of a dollar bet my first time trying a dollar bet, anyways cutting to the point I hit a big 430 dollars cashed out at 420 and just prayed after I provided them with what they needed I woke up with money in my bank. So I would say this site is safe and some people are just unlucky or can't read.
I uploaded around $600 and once I got down under $100 they wouldn’t let me play and said I had to verify. I submitted the documents and 24 hrs later they still didn’t verify, therefore I can’t play or withdraw. Now I can’t even login. So I guess I’m just losing the money I still had on there? This is clearly a scam, do not play.!
I put over a hundred but never win anything. While playing, you can tell that it’s really hard to hit the bonus or if ever you hit, the bonus/scatter is so small. I never taste the first withdrawal cause they were so greedy with the players. Be careful if you want to waste your money go play but if you wanna win go find some better casino sites. They could not possibly be any worse, avoid like the plague. They won’t like me redeem a measly 240 dollars despite the fact that I’ve uploaded over 5 documents proving that I’m the owner of the account and the sole purchaser.
