The worst sweeps casino out there. First when you buy the coins you can only use them on certain games. Then there is a playthrough x20. And some of the games the starting bid that is automatically on there is $2 but then there is some that is $10!!! This is straight up trickery! And robbery in my opinion. And they payout is nothing. Out of about 50 spins I won my bet back 3 times. That was it. Nothing more. All they did was take take take! Horrible casino! There are way better sweepstakes casinos out there like Mcluck and Spinblitz. Dont waste your time or money it is crap!
I requested to have a purchase limit on my account, they sent me an email to confirm it was done; however the system kept letting me make purchases. I contacted them multiple times to now not only have my account blocked but also had a redemption pending and I have no clue what the status is of it. I requested a refund of all purchases made today due to their non-compliance with Responsible Gaming. Beware of this site - especially if you rely on setting up responsible gaming tools. I will be reaching out to Delaware Attorney General office as well since they have an office located there - they are based out of Ireland so I will be looking into other avenues to report them as well. At this point I just want the money back - they can keep me blocked.
I got the $10 for $20 package as a welcome bonus. I won $700 but after I was verified and tried to redeem it kept showing an error. Now it says I have a negative $1199 balance and that’s not even possible. I’ve emailed and haven’t really been able to get it resolved. I tried to talk to an agent but all I got was an ibot saying the same things no real person.
