Finally a toolbox that can keep up with me. The modular system is brilliant and very rugged. Also, I’m really impressed with the delivery service – the driver was very helpful and carried the heavy box up to the first floor for me. Great product and top-notch service. 5 stars, highly recommended!

Placed an order online which went smoothly; good price point, good availability, and fast delivery. I tried to return the order to the store in Airdrie and was refused, and I was told I had to take the items back to another branch 10 miles away, in total contradiction to the fine print on the delivery note. Whilst at the Airdrie store, I also asked for some advice regarding a more suitable product for the intended purpose. When I arrived at the second branch, the staff were very friendly, helpful and agreed the return should have happened at the Airdrie branch. Having further conversed with the Hamilton branch staff, it turns out the staff member in Airdrie was well known to the Hamilton staff. Overall, I've been a customer of CEF for many years, both as an individual and trade customer. The online ordering process is great, and the staff are generally always friendly and helpful, perhaps some re-training for the Airdrie staff member would be a good idea.
