4 weeks later and still no order recieved. Cellumove are reluctant to give me a refund telling me to be patient they will find the order. I've had to Google to see if the company is a scam. It seems legitimate but with very poor customer service.

4 weeks later and still no order recieved. Cellumove are reluctant to give me a refund telling me to be patient they will find the order. I've had to Google to see if the company is a scam. It seems legitimate but with very poor customer service.

Order not received and no update from email or Chat Service.

I placed an order in 8th December. I have not received it as yet. On checking the track app- the information has not changed since the initial order, ( in transit) no further updates. I tried to contact them by email and their chat service. No reply and still don’t know if I will receive my order. All I was looking for, was an update on the progress of my parcel.
