Certainly health is a game changer before it would take me forever to find a place I trust with cosmetic procedures however using the Certainly Health app saved me time all I did was download the application and stated what I wanted and that’s exactly what the app Certainly Health provided not only did it give me reviews but also gave me a lot of options and instead of waiting weeks for a appointment I was able to secure a appointment as soon as possible with a amazing provider Vanessa is a RN and was amazing and only took a few mins she went through everything made me feel comfortable and got the job done thanks to Certainly Health will be using the app again for sure !
Certainly has proven to be a reliable and extremely helpful way for me to find aesthetic providers around NYC. I have used certainly 3 times. The pricing is transparent, the ease of use is great, and the reviews provided on the site are beneficial in choosing the right provider. The communication with Certainly is also seamless. Easy side by side comparison of providers in the area! The UI is very well done- hats off! The follow up engagement is also quite proactive, I tentatively suggest that calling the user while she is idling in the checkout page is maybe a bit much, but it’s clear that feedback and making the best customer experience possible is urgent to this startup!
I used Certainly for a botox appointment at FIDL and it was great. It was my first visit, so I just handed over my QR code and got a great discount! Not to mention, I would have never found FIDL had it not been for Certainly. The prices are already great, but I got even a better deal with Certainly.
Certainly is an amazingggg website!! I can’t believe there aren’t more people using it!!!!! I spent over 3 weeks trying to find a reputable Botox provider (my first experience was terrible) and one day, I stumbled upon Certainly and was intrigued. I entered my preferences and not even a minute later, a whole LIST of trusted providers showed up on my phone! You know what the best part was? All the prices are listed too! I’m sure everyone knows.. with aesthetic treatments, they catfish you with pricing.. but not with Certainly!!! You pay exactly what is listed. I booked an appointment today with a provider via Certainly (the appointment was so easy to book btw) and was in and out in 30 mins! The best part was that Certainly connected me to a provider that I probably wouldn’t have found on a normal Google search because the med spa was a hidden gem! I can’t say enough good things about Certainly!!
