Review Time
I am very impressed with the service provided by the team. They were punctual, professional, communicative, and maintained a tidy work environment throughout the project. Their thoroughness and high-quality results were commendable. They excelled in addressing extensive smoke damage in an apartment caused by an occupant smoking indoors. The workmanship not only met but surpassed my expectations. I would gladly use their services again and recommend them to others.
I am extremely pleased with the service offered by the representative. The team was timely, professional, communicative, and ensured a tidy work environment throughout the project. They were exceptionally meticulous and delivered outstanding results. They specifically did a remarkable job in addressing significant smoke damage in an apartment caused by an occupant smoking indoors. The quality of work not only met but surpassed my expectations. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would highly recommend them to others.
A friend of mine used a local service and was satisfied with the outcome. He provided me with a representative's business card, and the representative came over to give an estimate. I communicated that I wanted my house repainted with the same color and paint type as before—no changes. Approximately two-thirds of my home is brick with aluminum-clad soffits, and the rest includes wooden casement windows. I had recently installed a new roof and gutters, so all I needed was a repaint. I also have double front doors that did not need painting. The representative assured me I’d receive one of the best crews, the same one that painted my friend's house, and quoted a price of $4,139. However, instead of a crew, only one person arrived to complete the whole job. To his credit, he did an excellent job, but the issue lies in the fact that it took him a total of 10 hours over three days to finish the work. I confirmed this with my security camera footage showing his arrival and departure times. Other companies had quoted me similar jobs, estimating about 10 gallons of paint at roughly $80 per gallon—around $800 for materials. This left $3,339 for labor, meaning I effectively paid $333 per hour for one person to paint my house. For that rate, I should be hiring a renowned artist, not a one-man crew. While I understand that the service has overhead, the worker arrived in an unmarked, rusted vehicle that appeared to be his own. It took him several minutes to get his old power washer running. Furthermore, they refused to paint the wooden frame surrounding my patio door, which would have taken maybe 10 minutes. For a $4,139 paint job, that kind of nickel-and-diming is unacceptable. The proposal even included photos clearly showing that area as part of the job. Although I could paint it myself in 15 minutes, that’s not the point. The point is being charged an exorbitant amount for 10 hours of labor by one person, only to have minor details left unfinished. Due to this experience, I can confidently say I will never recommend this service to anyone. I hope the 15 minutes saved by skipping that frame was worth the lost referral.
Subpar work quality. I have paint drips that have dried. They didn't tape anything off, resulting in paint on my outlets and wall sconce. Thankfully, I had already removed the outlet covers, or those would have been painted too. When I hire a professional, I expect them to perform a professional job. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. EDIT: The company returned and resolved the issues. The new crew they sent did a fantastic job fixing all the paint drips and cleaning up after the first crew. The room now looks great.
Regretting hiring this service was a significant mistake. They rushed the job from the very beginning—my neighbors even observed them applying a second coat over a wet first coat just to finish quicker. The interior of my garage only received one coat, leaving it full of missed spots, and I still paid $1,000 for subpar work. The exterior was even worse. Within a year, the paint bubbled, likely because they didn’t allow it to cure before the rain. Their “fix” involved sanding and spot-painting, leaving my siding with bare patches and mismatched paint. After more rain, new bubbles appeared. They now blame “moisture behind the siding” and refuse to repaint properly, only offering more patch jobs. Their warranty is ineffective, and communication is poor. I have had to chase them down every time; they never return calls first. Most recently, they came on a specific date and said I’d hear from them in a day or two. It’s now several days later, and I've heard nothing. The outcome: a mismatched house, endless follow-ups, and no accountability. I am now consulting other painting companies and considering legal action to recover my funds. Do not hire this service. The warranty is meaningless, the work is careless, and customer service is nonexistent.
I contracted a local service to prepare and paint the trim and fascia on my barn immediately after having it re-roofed. I anticipated a professional, long-lasting paint job, but the work was careless and poorly executed. The boards were inadequately covered in paint, the backs were neither primed nor painted, and the joints were left uncaulked. Less than four years later, the new trim and fascia rotted and required replacement and repainting, leading to unexpected significant costs. When I reached out to the company regarding the issues, they refused to acknowledge their mistakes or provide any compensation. Additionally, I was informed by one of the workers that they had to purchase their own paint, which likely explains the thin and inadequate application. This company exhibits a complete lack of quality control, integrity, and accountability. I strongly advise against using this service for any painting needs; it will save you a lot of time, frustration, and unnecessary expense.
The team delivered an outstanding job! We hired them to paint the entire main floor, which also required significant repairs on walls and ceilings in some rooms. They were highly professional and efficient, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
The job was supposed to commence on a specific Monday. At 11 am, when no one arrived, I called to find out they wouldn’t be coming as planned and would instead arrive the following day. I understand that things happen, but communication is key. The master bedroom isn’t large but has vaulted ceilings. The color we are using is very light, and they failed to tape anything, resulting in paint splatter on the furniture and walls. The cut-in job was poorly executed, with paint on the ceiling and trim. When I pointed out the issues, the painter insisted they were instructed to only do one coat, which is insufficient for quality work. I attempted to express my concerns, but they remained dismissive. After further communication, I was informed that a new crew would come to address the issues. However, they arrived unprepared and even suggested that I should just repaint everything myself. I was shocked when they decided to leave without completing any work. I reached out multiple times to the management with no response. I eventually found another company to finish the job before my flooring installation. I would never recommend this service due to their extreme unprofessionalism.
