I had the best customer service experience! Apologies for the late review — I ordered some shorts and had a minor issue, but it was resolved in a way that exceeded my expectations. It was far better than what I’ve encountered with most other shops. I’m definitely planning to buy from this brand again and have already recommended it to friends!
The products are of very low quality, and the customer service does not comply with consumer protection laws. The company ignores warranty claims and stops responding when contacted. I cannot recommend buying from them. Complaints can be filed, but it incurs a fee.
I ordered mystery boxes for myself and my girlfriend, but the items I received didn't suit me. Despite the different prices, we received the same hoodie. When I asked to return them, the company refused, claiming that “mystery boxes are final sale.” This goes against consumer law in Germany, where returns are allowed within 14 days. I'm really disappointed.
I feel lied and cheated and the best i got was bunch of AI replies with political answers. I bought their mystery box deals for Dudes and Ladys. The delivery took longer than promised, but i was not sad about it. I understood. But the trouble started when i got the delivery. Instead of 3 items, i got 1 ( 1 item out of 2 from Mens Mystery Box). The 3 items were promised by Cest Normal customer support as well. When i asked what happened they said that everything was shipped. Which was not. Finally they agreed and they refunded the Mystery Box for ladies. I asked about the 2nd item from the Mens mystery box. It clearly says its a mens item on their homepage. But Customer support said it was suppose to be in the Ladys Box, for which i was refunded. I didnt agree and i sent them the picture of their own webpage. The reply then was that it is UNISEX instead. But pictures on their homepages were all of male and no word of Unisex was presented on the product page. When i asked about the size, they said they made a mistake. I ordered male size M and Ladys size S. The missing product was M, indicating it should be Male. The best they offered was 15% discount. Which every other client gets when signing up or during any other sale. I asked for their customer complaint department to look into it. But after that it was silence. I asked for socks to cover the missing item for Male Mystery box. But they claimed till the end that the Male Ivory Polo should have belonged to Ladys Mystery Box.
Hej,Jag beställde två par byxor (Order 75119). När jag provade dem konstaterade jag att det är olika längd på byxorna, trots samma modell och storlek (M). De gråa (se bild) är betydligt kortare än de svarta. De gråa verkar vara för korta och de svarta passar mig bra. Very happy with the clothes I have received, and wear it as much as possible.Quality is great.Some pieces unfortunatly had manufacturing faults, but Zuzanne from Customer support reacted promptly within 12 hours of contact to offer me a replacement or full refund.Exstremely impressed, will shop again!
It's a scam ! You think it's high quality because the price tag is so high but it's clearly not (79€ for the short, I'm used to buying amphibian boardshort from quiksilver and it's 10x the quality of that).But you know where they make money? From the shipping + return -> 2x 10€ just to see that the quality is shit... First and last time I'm buying from them
Terrible customer service.3 emails, 2 Facebook messages and no reply.After buying 3 pairs of jeans, 2 hoodies, 3 T -shirts, a pair of Trainers in the past and a Linen set (which is terrible and I wanted to return) I will not be shopping at Cest Normal again.It seems they have changed, and not for the better.
