No refunds obviously as stated on their site. I decided to take a break from my normal company and try them. Their product is poorly made and made me feel way different then the many times I’ve taken the same thing in the past. Plenty of other places to get good stuff. I’d go there

A simple search will show that broken pucks could signify a quality problem. Safety should come before profits.
