If there was a zero star rating, this company would get it. The absolute worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. SHAME ON YOU COSTCO FOR USING THESE CUT RATE POOR EXCUSE FOR A SHIPPING COMPANY! I ordered by TV on black friday. It's now Dec 21 and I have yet to receive it. I have taken off work 3 separate days and CEVA has failed to deliver the TV all 3 times! I could have purchased 5 TVs for what it has cost me in time off. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
