In the age of AI, Ceva Logistics still can’t manage to correctly copy an address from a store. As a result, they just ignore the fact that they have some packages, don’t reach out, and act like there’s no issue at all. It’s embarrassing in this day and age.
They don't even deserve ZERO stars, let alone one. Order from SKLUM, three packages were supposed to be delivered yesterday. We received only two. The third one is lost somewhere, no one knows where exactly. Sklum is no help at all, and there is no way to contact Ceva Logistics to ask about the lost package. Yesterday one of the lorries came into my lane and took off my wing mirror, i am so upset with this experience, my children were in the car and very scared. I have tried calling them multiple times, when put through to the right department it just goes to voicemail, I have left numerous messages and noone had bothered to call me back. This couldn't have happened at such a bad time with Christmas round the corner. I have pictures and witnesses of the lorry.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered a TV from Media World on 11th November (Order No. 234517558) and paid €20 for delivery, yet after more than three weeks, I still haven’t received it.Initially, I was told it would be delivered on 19th November, then 20th, and later 23rd. It’s now 29th November, and I haven’t even received a call, let alone my order. In regards to the Steam Deck official release in Australia the logistics has utterly failed to streamline a large shipment of 1st Week purchases. The issue is with packaging and labeling which took them more than 24 hours with some users complaining to have spent 2 days in picked up parcel, printing label etc. Delivery has not been utterly terrible as no one has claimed to receive damaged goods, so that is one thing. Improvement in handling and updating customers is something I would request them to improve.An update on my situation, after having being sorted and set for delivery it never showed up at my place and still tells me it is on the way on 29/11/2024. Seems like I shall not receive anything till next week which would make it more than 8 working days in transit.Edit 01:To the representative who replied, I ask why not communicate via email or some official channel instead of me publicly posting my order number when my package is still in delivery limbo and could be intercepted by malicious actors.
Absolute horrible service, no wonder it is a 1.5-star rating. My delivery window was 9 am - 1 pm, at 3 pm I get a phone call saying that my number which they just called me on was bad and my delivery was pushed out until tomorrow. I waited all day and they didn't even bother to ask if I was available tomorrow. The managers need to be terminated!

CEVA avrebbe dovuto consegnare la nuova lavatrice e portare via la vecchia. Non hanno portato via la vecchia lavatrice e dopo due mesi di tentativi di farli tornare a prenderla, non l'hanno ancora fatto fino ad oggi. Ho fissato due appuntamenti con loro, entrambi confermati, ma poi non si sono presentati. Hanno anche smesso di rispondere alle mie telefonate e mi hanno riattaccato in due occasioni e hanno ripetutamente inviato le mie chiamate alla segreteria telefonica. Maleducati e inefficienti.Absolutely horrible experience working with this logistics company. I placed an order with Mediaworld. CEVA was supposed to deliver the new washing machine and take away the old washing machine. They did not take away the old washing machine and after two months of trying to get them to come back and get it they still have not as of today. I have made two appointments with them both of which they have confirmed and then not showed up for. They also stopped answering my phone calls and hung up on me on two occasions and sent my calls to voicemail repeatedly. Rude and inefficient.Order # 229381645
Ordered via SKLUM, my delivery still has not arrived and it has been ‘out for delivery’ for 2 months now. They have no customer service what so ever and both the delivery company and SKLUM do not answer any messages. This is a huge scam and they work together
Review for CEVA logistics Canada First they never answer their phone. They just ignore it. It rings 5m and then hangs up on you. If they answer. They still just hang up on you. They don't update the tracking they dont fulfill their delivery dates.They don't know what's going on with our package. They don't update you on whats going on with your package worth thousands of dollars. Anyway they are such a bad logistic company. They should close their doors. I reported them to whom ever sent the package. Hopefully they won't use them in the future. They are bad all around...
