I ordered a Pilates reformer through Amazon, and while the product itself appears to be good quality

I ordered a Pilates reformer through Amazon, and while the product itself appears to be good quality, the delivery experience with Ceva Logistics was extremely disappointing.

I was required to schedule a delivery appointment through their automated system and made arrangements for someone to be at my home during the scheduled time. On the day of delivery, I received a call saying they had no available delivery personnel and could not fulfill the appointment. As a teacher, taking time and coordinating coverage is not easy, and this caused a major inconvenience. When I explained this, I was simply told there was nothing they could do.

We rescheduled for the next day with the agreement that I would receive a 30-minute call prior to delivery so I could have my daughter meet them. That call never happened. Instead, the reformer was dropped off in my front yard without notice. While I had agreed to front-door delivery, this item is extremely large and heavy, and the lack of communication made the situation difficult and frustrating.

When I called to ask why I never received the promised call, I was told the driver “didn’t want to bother me because I was a teacher,” which is honestly unacceptable and not their decision to make.

To make matters worse, the reformer arrived with no assembly instructions included.

Overall, the product may be solid, but the delivery service from Ceva Logistics was unprofessional, unreliable, and created unnecessary stress. I would strongly caution others about the delivery experience.

Shipment not delivered its been sitting…

Shipment not delivered its been sitting in my local city for 3 days with a scheduled delivery time that has come and gone. I called multiple times placed on hold because all if the agents are busy, then automatic disconnect after 20min. I was able to get through once on a 800 number I found online I was told it was on a truck and then hung up on. cannot get through to anyone and still do not have my order. I've filed a fraud complaint with EBAY and calling the FBI next

First and last very bad experience. I will never use this company again. First strike they don't answer the phones.Second strike they scheduled a delivery and didn't deliver. Wasted an entire day.Third Strike was not responding to my email.

I had a very poor experience with CEVA Logistics in Azle, TX during a scheduled threshold delivery of an Anker battery weighing over 400 lbs.The delivery was scheduled in advance, and two delivery personnel arrived in a box truck equipped with a liftgate. However, they parked on the busy public road and told me they were not allowed to come onto the property. When I explained that I have a 400-foot driveway (18–52 feet wide) that regularly accommodates much larger trucks—including semi-sized delivery vehicles—they still refused.They also refused to roll the pallet down the driveway and instead attempted to leave the 400+ lb battery on the side of a busy street. This is unsafe, unreasonable, and not consistent with threshold delivery standards, which generally involve delivering to the first safe, dry, and secure location such as a garage, porch, or front door.No policy was provided explaining why they could not enter the driveway, and they made no attempt to find a safe solution. The delivery was then marked as “delivery attempted, refused,” even though the refusal was due to their unwillingness to perform the threshold delivery safely.The interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. This experience reflects poor training, poor customer service, and failure to perform the agreed delivery service.I hope CEVA improves training and ensures delivery teams properly complete threshold deliveries safely and professionally.

Very good experience

I was very hesitant when I ordered an item and saw all the reviews of this delivery service. However my experience was not like the negative ones, I was asked to confirm a delivery date, I was provided a time frame. On the day of delivery I called to see if they could let me know where I was on the schedule as I needed to pop out, they called the driver and found out for me. Only comment I would make is the online tracking didn't update otherwise would give 5 stars. The two guys handled the item with care and it was well packaged but unfortunately I don't think it was checked before being shipped and was cracked and damaged!

Ceva logistic USA = worst

Ceva shows a complete lack of logistic knowledge. A delivery that was promised within 4 days has already taken 10 days, and there is still no clear information. When I call, the representatives has no idea where are my package. They ship 1 package out of 3 at a time. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery company. Professionals?? They light years away of it! Such service is unacceptable.

Doesn’t care about their customers

Ceva shows a complete lack of care for their customers. A delivery that was promised within 4 days has already taken 8 days, and there is still no clear information. When I call, the representatives are rude and simply say they will deliver whenever they want. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery company. I believe companies like this should be held accountable, as such service is unacceptable.

Ceva logistics is a scummy pyramid scheme to be avoided at all costs!!!

There is no local Ceva logistics page for my area so I will write my review here.I ordered something from China and they chose Colis privé a company owned by Ceva logistics as the last mile carrier. I was supposed to receive my parcel (tracking nr Q10 204 893 376) last Saturday and still haven’t received it. I tried to email them but got no response, there is no phone number to call and they are ignoring my messages and comments on Instagram…The piles upon piles upon piles of bad reviews on pretty much every website are a telltale sign that this company does not care about its customers!If I don’t get my parcel I’m prepared to involve police and journalists to dismantle this entire pyramid scheme!!!
