They do everything to rip off customers

They do everything to rip off their customers. They refused to repair an Apple Watch with a small scratch on the screen. They wanted 400 SEK to THROW IT AWAY FOR US, or 500 SEK to send it back. Unbelievable that a company like this even has customers. Avoid.

Supervisors violate en intimidate workers

Very bad, corrupt company. I worked here 3 months, worked extra hours, did my best to get promotion. After 3 months, without any warning, the supervisor fired me. I asked him why, he said he doesn't need to explain why, and he doesn't need any reason to fire anyone!!? I will destroy their reputation and get back to this humiliation by the law. This experience happened to me in the Netherlands. Employees are people, you mist respect them, no matter what your position is.

Dangerous CEVA Logistics Driver of an Articulated Lorry

Dangerous, almost fatal incident with CEVA Logistics articulated lorry driver in the UK.The driver of the lorry with the registration YY23 NGU driving through Warwickshire on the 19th December, overtook me on a single carriageway at 11.40. The lorry was heading on the A46 towards Alcester/Birmingham. I was driving at the given speed limit of 60 miles an hour. This lorry drove up to my boot then dangerously overtook me in poor conditions - driving rain and wind. There was traffic coming in the opposite direction and I was forced onto the edge of the road. I was driving a VW Golf, with my 2 year old grandson on board. When the lorry overtook me it was so close to my vehicle I felt the wind draft from the enormous length of the lorry drag me towards it. It was the most frightening experience and could have resulted in a fatal accident if I hadn't been such an experienced driver. I am considering reporting this incident to the UK police.

If I could leave zero stars for this…

If I could leave zero stars for this shambles of a company I would. Ordered a large item of furniture from Tikamoon in France for delivery to Italy. The item was passed from the French courier to Ceva in northern Italy on 24th April where it remained for a couple of days. It slowly made its way down to southern Italy arriving in Campania 26th April for a supposed delivery date of 4th May. I didn’t receive an email or phone call to arrange delivery so I contacted Tikamoon who said they would contact Ceva for an update. 4th May came and went with no delivery and the tracking remained the same (by now one week in Caserta). Contacted Tikamoon again and they apologised and said they would contact them again. I then look at the tracking and Ceva have updated it to say the item was delivered to Capri on 3rd May! Not to me it wasn’t! I’m now in a situation where it is now the weekend, Tikamoon don’t answer emails at the weekend and I have no contact details for Ceva to find out where the hell is my furniture. I’m absolutely livid given that it’s a heavy piece of furniture and I had organised two people to come and help so it really messed up everyone’s day. A completely hellish experience which is not over yet as I still don’t know where my delivery is. Why companies choose to use this courier is beyond me seeing the amount of bad reviews it has. I’m due to be ordering more from Tikamoon but have decided it is not worth the anguish of not knowing whether I would receive it or not. Totally fed up.

refused delivery

From Texas to Arizona, this delivery company took way too long to deliver my package. Finally, when the driver opened the truck door the box was torn open on one end exposing obvious damage to the Plastic Resin bathtub wall enclosure. The rest of the box was smooshed in several places. The driver was nice enough and thanked me for noticing the damage as I refused the delivery. There is no way this item should have even been delivery attempted! I don't know whose fault this is, but after waiting 6 weeks, I'm the one who suffers. No good Ceva!

Worst shipping company ever

Worst shipping company ever. If you see the company you’re ordering from is using this logistics co. run!!! Don’t buy. Whatever it is, you can go without. The rudest “men”I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, unprofessional, and actually creepy. I was shocked when they drove off. I usually tip delivery people cash that I keep special in a drawer. Well it saved me $60. So… thanks?
