Shipping has improved 👍

Shipping has definitely improved. I was getting worried but I did get my order today. I have been buying from here for a while and the shipping is hit or miss. The customer service was nice and I was offered free stuff so I can’t complain.

Feels like a scam company

This company is terrible. I ordered ages ago, with a delivery of 2-3 days but have still not received my items over a month later. I have emailed them numerous times to try and get an answer but with no reply. I’m hoping PayPal can get me a refund. Avoid this place- feels like a scam.

AVOID!

Please heed this warning; avoid ordering anything from this business! Do not tempt fate like I did. Aside from an automated confirmation email that my items were shipped (without tracking details, ETA or who the carrier was) I did not receive a response to any of the emails I sent. It was only through my persistence with my bank that I was able to receive a refund, 5 months after my purchase date! Even if others claim to have received their order, it's highly likely you won't receive yours. BEWARE!

I do not know how they are still in business. Their website made me believe I would be getting a decent product but after paying extra for 1-2 days delivery , I am still to hear from them or get my refund back. I will however be fighting all the way for my money I am not about to let themHave my money for nothing .Euphy

You deceive your customers

Why do you even have fast shipping at all if it doesn’t make any sense? People overpay for their package to arrive on time, and receive it in 2 months. Are you kidding? Complete disorganization. You are not responding to support messages. Terrible service.

No package, no answer

I ordered two months ago, got shipping notice, but the package never arrived. I contacted them multiple times via Email and Facebook but never got any answer. Took the problem to Paypal and the case is still open. They then wrote to Paypal more than 10 days ago that the package had been sent and provided a tracking number. If you track it, it says that the sender provided the package information without sending it till now. Can only warn from buying there
