We found the service to be completely ineffective, as the only thing they managed to collect was their fee. There was a lack of customer care, and despite some weak responses to our follow-up emails, it seemed like there was little to no activity on their part. We instructed them over a year ago to help recover a debt, and after hearing our case details, they seemed very reassuring about their expertise. However, after more than a year, nothing has happened. I would recommend avoiding this service to save your money.

Steer clear at all costs. Do not be fooled by the misleading 5-star reviews. This service has failed to recover multiple debts owed to me, some in the four-figure range. They are difficult to contact, provide no updates, and have even set up repayment plans with debtors on my behalf while keeping the funds themselves. This behavior is deceitful and fraudulent.
