First of all, I want to let you know how great my experience was with Jazzlyn.
I am currently going through a financial hardship and she was one of the first people to reach out to me and thoroughly explain how the program works.
She has such great empathy and compassion, especially on some of the hardest days of my life trying to navigate this debt situation. You have a great team member who is a wonderful asset to your company. The second time she called back, she remembered that it was my son’s birthday and she asked how it went.
She listens thoroughly and explains everything just like it looks in the contract.

I was not aware that my husband had emailed you about working on our debt. So when my husband came in and said you wanted to speak with me, I was very hesistant. I even said that I felt like i was talking to someone that was trying to scam me. The gentleman that contacted us took his time and told me that it was not a scam and was a real person with your company. Once i was convinced that this was real the agent was very kind and answered all my questions and concerns.
I am new so i do not have anything to report.
I was actually referred to J.G. Wentworth through another company. The gentleman I spoke with, Michael Shikitis, was very impressive. After speaking with multiple companies regarding our debt situation, it was a pleasure speaking with someone who genuinely cared, and gave me time to think about my answers. He set us up on a program, and made me feel very comfortable about everything. I would absolutely recommend this federally regulated company.
The customer service department will not pass on a call to a manager when requested and become absolutely rude. Two different agents same response. So glad I cancelled my contract and went with National Debt Relief. They actually saved us money per month amd very friendly customer service and a great agent that initiated the contract.
Jaslyn is the rep that I have had the pleasure of working with...she has been more than helpful answering all my many questions and is super knowledgeable about what J.G. Wentworth has to offer.

Kevin solved a problem that I have had for over a year. Why was I paying an interest rate that should only be charged to someone who has a terrible payment history? I had never missed a payment on anything and was being treated like a low life. He stepped in and in less than a minute solved my problem even better than I had hoped. This is the first day of the rest of my life and I am so happy with the work he did for me and your company.
When i first considered debt settlement, I was scared and uncertain. I knew I needed help, but just wasnt sure what was best for me. Then I spoke with Tyrell Glass. He explained the process and eased my mind. He went above and beyond in his customer service. Recently, I needed some information that I couldn't find on my loan app, so I reached out to Tyrell via email. He immediately responded, offering the help that was needed. Tyrell is definitely a shining star at JG Wentworth!
If I could give them a zero I would. I signed up with them only to get robbed. They settled one account of mine and paid them a total of $300.00. I had invested well over $3,000. I was told when I wanted to close my account I would receive my money back.
I closed my account and they said I will get $24.00 back. They really took advantage of me. Do not trust them. I am retaining a lawyer.
The company seems to only showcase their positive feedback, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I regret not exploring more than one debt consolidation service, thinking that a reputable name would ensure a good start. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The customer service was inadequate, with conflicting information from various representatives. No one seemed to be reviewing the documents I submitted through the client portal, and despite funding my dedicated account to initiate negotiations, nothing happened. I eventually switched to another service, as my credit had taken a severe hit. I've already made two payments to the new account, and they have begun the negotiation process. Meanwhile, the company has been misleading about the refund I am owed. I want my money back and strongly advise against them for debt consolidation. Do your research beforehand! Just so you know, I started in October 2025, canceled on January 9, 2026, and I'm still waiting for my refund as of January 24, 2026.
