Getting in touch with customer service can be a real hassle; it takes hours to speak with someone. They definitely need more representatives to help customers. Additionally, shipping times are excessively long.

I’ve tried both buying and selling, and while buying wasn’t a problem, selling was a completely different story — they buy items at extremely low prices. You should be cautious about selling here, as they offer very low valuations. We need to create a platform where consumers take responsibility for the authenticity of the products and each person can sell genuine luxury goods directly.
