Great Service Customer

Initially, my order arrived missing some parts, which was frustrating since I had planned time off to work on my car. However, the company immediately responded, shipped the missing blades with 2-Day Air, and even included a free T-shirt. Returns

I wanted to do a return on a diffuser, since I didn’t like it. EMP parts went against their return policy, paid for return shipping label and refunded me. Thank you EMP :)
