Be cautious! Fraudulent practices!

This company is fraudulent. I bought a jumper that was supposed to be cashmere, but it is not! The quality is terrible, not even wool. They refuse to refund and expect me to cover postage. They are thieves! I have reported them to my bank!

Order never arrived.

I waited from August 3 when I placed my order for two shirts until August 25 when the tracking stated they were delivered. They never arrived. They were shipped from overseas and went through customs. I am not pleased. Customer service was polite and quick to respond, but here’s a tip: avoid ordering from overseas companies. I successfully canceled my payments with my bank.
