Horrible customer service. One star only because it’s required but I would give no starts if optional. Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Instead of being helped I felt ignored and dismissed. My concerns were I ordered the Amber Baja Lights for a 2017 Harley Davidson as a gift back in December. Few weeks had gone by and no update of my order . I just received the order on 01/27/2026 . After a month I called multiple times no one answered or called back. I sent out numerous emails inquiring about my order and if it could be escalated to someone higher up as no one was responding to my emails. When I finally received a call back after 5/6 follow ups I was notified that the item was out of stock due to a vendor issue. And that I would MAYBE receive my order at the end of January. I expected basic professionalism and clear communication none of which I experienced. This interaction left me frustrated. A business should value their customer and unfortunately that was not the case here.
The Baja Design team is top notch! Highly recommended for not only the products they offer but the support that’s available when needed. Had some specific questions about loads on a 3 light / switch set up while installing lights on Sprinter Van. Was connected directly to a team member who gave me all the information needed. No time wasted on hold or getting kicked around to the right team member.
Customer service was extremely helpful making sure I got the parts I needed from the start for my application without the endless cycle of ordering pieces I didn’t think of. The products speak for themselves in quality. They throw an amazing amount of light and the ability to swap lens based on application works great. I’ll be buying more when I get to the next project.
Less than a month ago I bought a pair of S1 Lasers and one of the lights emits an irregular beam of light. I contacted customer service sending some photos but they never answered me, maybe because I don't write well in English or maybe because it's inconvenient to solve problems in a far away country like Italy
