Bought a gift for a loved one, mailed directly to her. The quality of item was absolutely embarrassing! Co valued at £120+ but looked like it came from a cheap Christmas cracker... that gets binned! Cheap plastic!

I ordered four items during the so-called closing down sale, and they look cheap and unappealing. I wouldn't consider giving any of them as Christmas gifts. I feel completely scammed, and none of the items seem handmade. They arrived in plastic bags with barcodes. Don't waste your money!

The ring appeared lovely in the photo, silver with gold threads. The description suggested it was from a closing cottage industry, so I expected good quality for an £80 ring reduced to £21. Instead, I received cheap shiny metal, not even silver plated, with a gold-colored piece attached. A total scam.
