My Customer Support Rep Abbie C was extremely responsive an provided excellent service. We explored possible causes with her follow ups coming back to me very early in the am, when I needed her help. Then, once I was able to discover the issues, she addressed my concern about lost MEPS. Beyond service and more on the production/operations side, I might offer constructively that the device number is nearly impossible to see and it can get scratched. If the device number could be embossed, a different color, or more distinct, people could add devices without support.
Sent an email regarding getting to red zone as advised by my instructor. Abigail responded within 24 hours and advised she has made an alteration to maximum heart rate. Let's see how it goes. Great customer service.
Gold status was achieved by consistent connecting and disconnecting over a period of 12 months. Sometimes the chest belt connected somwtimes it didnt want to. If be blowing at 150bpm but would only show white or blue on the monitor after 30-60 mins of training. Ive decided after 12+ months in not going to wear it anymore. Im doing an intense leg session and as a bodybuilder l want to see what im doing. Monitor my workouts. But here we are not connecting at all. Nothing has recorded. Wrist strap only monitors blue when im busting my nut in the gym but goes red or yellow when im out on a walk.

What a waste of money!! I brought this in November as I wanted to track my heart rate more efficiently. It doesn’t work, it doesn’t connect, it’s constantly dropping out, it doesn’t record what it displays in the gym. No response from the help centre. Save your self some money and invest in something else!!! I have responded to your request.
Purchased a Myzone heart rate monitor November 2023 with the interchangeable bands and battery that charges. My son hasn't used it a lot but went to use it today after charging all night. And appears to have developed a battery fault which is a known fault with Myzone. And as its out of warranty they wont change under the warranty when they know its known issue. My personal advice is to stay clear of these company and their heart rate monitors and go for one where you can change the battery. #myzone
