When I transfer funds from my savings

When I transfer funds from my savings, the money is immediately taken from my accand then just disappears for two or three days into thin air, I have had to call them and email them time after time to find out where my money is ..until eventually when then decide to put the money where I wanted it. The customer service is none existent, nothing short of a disgrace….trying to get my own money is harder than earning it was !All their advertising is instant access savings at any time…this is simply not true

Back in July I was triying to get a loan through a website. I was told they needed my bank info to verify I had an account at Chase. The person I talked to was a Jason Miller and he, while was on the phone, hacked into my account and overdrawed it $1600.00. I filed a police report calle Chase Claims and reported it. They did NOTHING but accuse me of doing it. I no longer bank with them. I had an account ther for almost 10 years.

Get your money out of this crappy bank.Appalling service.People who promise all sorts then you never hear from them again (how are you 'Harry'?).All they want to do is make money by holding your cash when you desperately need it.Learn from our lesson. Don't use this shower.

Does not allow you to close your account in the app, sends you round in circles while the "so called, real person", is giving me the same information that doesn't work, buy something nice with my money, have now deleted the app, at least it allows me to do that!...

Spent 5 hours this evening going round…

Spent 5 hours this evening going round in circles trying to log in with my I D. Then having to wait while my details were verified. I waited. Had a message to log on. Then had to ho through the whole process again. I gave up. I can't give an app my cash when I can't log on. I'm worried I won't have access to it. I have deleted the app.

Pathetic customer service.

Joined Chase in May. Easy to set up and use. After 28 days I still havent received my card. I contacted them and they come back with a bog standard reply telling me how to order a new card. I havent even received a card and they ask me to order a new one. Totally amateur company. I will be closing my account.

A very easy banking app to set up and…

A very easy banking app to set up and use. Plus you can refer to others and both be rewarded. Had a slight problem with a two transactions being blocked but the second was because the first staff member failed to lift the restriction after the first issue. Easy to communicate though and now resolved. For that and that only I gave them 4/5 stars. Would recommend

So far so good

Just given a very good review of Chase with a couple of minor quibbles. Don’t get why some people are having trouble signing up and getting thru on the phone. No problems signing up and phoned them a couple of times with no wait and very helpful. I transfer money to the card from my current account and it goes thru straight away. Haven’t yet tried to take any money out - hopefully it will work well that way 🤞 As I’m definitely enjoying getting cash rewards.
