BUNCH OF SCUMMY LYING THIEFS! WARNING KEEP AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
DONT FALL FOR THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY PAY VARIOUS ONLINE SITES THAT OFFER TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS FOR MONEY WITH FUNDS THEY STEAL FROM THE POOR VICTIMS THEY SCAM!
I recommend ALL who check this firm on trustpilot to FILTER on the 1 star reviews and read them... you will soon notice a pattern emerging of their scam/dirty tactics! the negatives are the ACTUAL genuine reviews you can trust instead of the fake positive paid for reviews.
Sent them my scrap gold on 5th Feb, they received on the 6th of FEB.
They claimed some of my items where non-gold and that the other items that were gold were 15.38 grams when in reality the other item in question was 22 grams and i weighed it 4 times on 2 different scales, DECLINED their offer as its clearly a scam that they are trying to pay me 7 grams less gold!
asked these crooked thiefs to send my item back and it is now Monday 16th FEB and i have not recieved anything.
Emailed these fraudsters 4 times to seek an update of the return of my items and for them to provide me a tracking and i have STILL NOT HAD A RESPONSE from these crooks. They are not answering calls either.
The whole experience has been HELL from start to finish, this is the WORST scummiest firm i've ever dealt with in my life.
I've now logged a case with ActionFraud and logged a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman, I had emailed this rogue firm a complaint and they have simply ignored to acknowledge it which gives me rights to take this to FOS, am now in talks with my solicitor to commence legal action! they advertise same day pay and processing.... BULL, I needed my money quickly and these crooks have messed me around from start to finish, and are now NOT sending my item back and not answering emails and calls.
WORD OF ADVICE, KEEP AWAY FROM THESE THIEVING CHARLATONS, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR GOLD, YOU ARE EITHER FORCED INTO ACCEPTING THEIR CON-OFFER (THEY WILL KNOCK A LOT OFF THE PRICE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES, OR LIE ABOUT THE WEIGHT OR CLAIM YOUR ITEM IS PLATED OR A DIFFERENT CARAT) AND IF YOU DECLINE THEIR SCAM OFFER AND WANT YOUR ITEMS BACK... THE FUN BEGINS! GOOD LUCK, THESE THIEFS HAVE RUN OFF WITH MY GOODS AND THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT!
I'll be going down to their London counter and making a film to post on the internet to warn others of their SCAM!
