Review Time
Chase bank has been sending me letters that I owed them money. I called and I explained to them that they had the wrong information, Now they sent a collection agency. Is not the first time they have tried the same game. I believed that they are been doing this to other people.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Like other reviewers, I, too, have had the experience of them closing an account after a sizeable deposit ($4K) with NO EXPLANATION. My brother and I share a joint account and it has taken us over two months to get them to even talk about sending us our deposit back. We don't care about the closed account. After this experience we would never use Chase bank again. I am not one to complain, but this was just the biggest scam I have ever encountered.
Attention Chase thanks it's not a bank you would like to partner with customer service is extremely bad and very rudeTook my money had me talk to the fraudulent fraud department on a deposit checkThey're claiming the person who wrote the check wrote a fraud check why else would it goes to theBut ten days they'll release the moneySo for 10 days they take and use your money and not pay you interest and then charge you for the 10 days they kept your moneyThis is not a type of Bank you want to do business with peopleI know but stick to your Bank of Americas and your Wells Fargo's but do not go to Chase BankThieves and Liars don't use this Bank
I give Chase an F on climate. As the biggest U.S. bank, Chase could fund our future to move towards clean renewable energy. Instead, Chase has invested a huge amount of money in the fossil fuel industry—more than any other bank in the world. The future of our planet is in the hands of some of the wealthiest people on Earth and they are choosing to use this wealth to continue their path of destruction. Chase needs to make a new choice. Choose to fund a sustainable future or there can be no future at all.
I never knew that a bank has the right to withhold funds from a check deposited into an account. Recently, I deposited a rather large dollar amount check from an investment account into my Chase savings account. I discovered that Chase put a hold on the funds for seven business days. I checked with the investment company and found that the funds were transferred on the date of my deposit. I spoke with Chase bank representatives, both in person, via secure online messages, and via telephone. Even though I provided proof of the transfer, not one person could provide a reason for the bank holding the funds. I've been a Chase customer for more than twenty years. Because of the above, I will be moving my business to another bank.
