I purchased on 3 Dec and could not log in until almost a month later. When I finally was able to get past the log in page, I was able to get a total of 3 chats to activate. I emailed the company with my complains and they have basically ghosted me. They sent one email saying I could not get a refund because it's been over 3 days since I purchased. They would not listen when I said I have not had access until a month later. They also stopped replying after I pointed this out. This company is a total scam and their product is worthless
