This is the most unethical organization I've encountered in the travel industry. While I was traveling, a family member passed away, and I needed to change my tickets. The service refused to assist, insisting I contact the airline directly. When the airline offered a bereavement refund, they expected me to share it with them. They only cooperated when I mentioned legal action. I later learned they had been sued for similar practices. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
I booked flights through this platform. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I was assigned seats for a low price, but two were not valid. I had to book my own seats separately. After multiple calls, I received a minimal refund but still faced issues with seat assignments. DO NOT BOOK ANY FLIGHTS WITH THIS SERVICE.
