I booked and paid online but unfortunately they could not honour the original ticket or the price. Daisy helped me rebook my flight at a higher cost with a different airline at different times. I was suppose to fly with my nephew but now we are flying separately. So as I am not happy with your company for the mismanagement of my flight I am grateful for the expert help I received from the travel agent Daisy. Daisy was great. She offered me alternative flights and times and explained the situation and was quick to call me back. She was very professional and patient and knowledgeable.
